We are not telling you to stop listening to everything and live in a cave because everything is evil. Just be aware of how the influences creep in. We are just vulnerable! Pray as you go day by day, God will show you the way to live, the way to enjoy music, movies, your families, your friends. It is not boring at all. It is the safe and intelligent way of life. God wants you to have fun and be happy but at the same time stand in GUARD for your soul! The devil utilizes these tools to get into your homes, your children, your relationships and manipulates the day, the character of an individual. Ever noticed how children change with the mood of things? Surroundings do effect the mood, a feeling, a moment sometimes even a decision to be made. A friend of ours was high on drugs once and on his way home from a club he started listening to hard Techno music, he said that between the drug and the music he just lost himself and went faster in his car which almost killed him. He made it clear that the combination changed how he thought about safety which was " he didn't care at the moment"!
